Fortunately, Hat Heaven receives shipments at least every week or so and can restock most of our popular items. Simply bookmark our Restock Collection page and/or subscribe to our newsletter. This way, we can notify you right away if a certain hat becomes available. Because the contents in our shipments typically rotate in and out, every batch has different designs and styles. Helpful Hint: Due to the fast-paced fashion industry, always act quickly when you find a color, size, or style you like. In some cases, it might take Hat Heaven a while to restock an item.

Know Your Hat Size

If you have no idea how to measure yourself for hats or how large your head is, Hat Heaven can help. Firstly, measure your head circumference by wrapping a string or sewing measuring tape across your eyebrows and around above the ears. Stick a finger under the tape to create a little room so that you do not get a cap that’s too tight. If you fall between measurements, it is a good idea to opt for the next size up. Remember to record your measurement in centimeters.

Returning Hats Purchased from Our Restock Collection

Did you purchase a restocked hat in the wrong size or realize that you actually prefer a different design? It’s all good! Hat Heaven accepts returns on merchandise up to 30 days. Once your request is approved, simply return the item(s) to our warehouse within 10 calendar days. If you would like to make an exchange, it is important to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the new product. In addition, returned items must be in good condition with original packaging, tags, labels, and stickers.
