Returns
Please be aware that due to strict health and sanitary standards, any return with signs of wear and tear, missing tags/stickers, will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.
We accept returns on merchandise up to 30 days. After a return has been approved, the item(s) must be returned to the warehouse within 10 calendar days. Any packages arriving outside of the 10 day window will not be processed and ineligible for a refund. At this time, we currently do not accept returns on international orders. By continuing to the return portal below, the customer acknowledges the return policy in its entirety and is an agreement of the terms.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Clearance items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note rewards points are not refundable.
