Please be aware that due to strict health and sanitary standards, any return with signs of wear and tear, missing tags/stickers, will be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.

We accept returns on merchandise up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. After a return has been approved, the item(s) must be returned to the warehouse within 10 calendar days. Any packages arriving outside of the 10 day window will not be processed and ineligible for a refund. By continuing to the return portal below, the customer acknowledges the return policy in its entirety and is an agreement of the terms.

At this time, we currently do not accept returns on international orders.


If you would like to make an exchange, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place a new order for the new product. Hat Heaven does not do exchanges for the same order.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. All unauthorized returns must be picked up in-person at our 962 Southern Boulevard location.

The sender will assume return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in unused, original condition with all stickers, labels, and tags with original packaging. If item(s) are not returned in the original condition your return will not be processed. In the event that the hat must be cleaned, a fee of up to 50% will be applicable. In the the event that the hat is beyond repair, your return will be rejected. Hat Heaven is not responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
